The Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust welcomes your feedback on its proposed changes to the way eligibility for the Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS) is assessed.
The proposals don’t change the national eligibility criteria set by Welsh Government. They would change how eligibility is assessed so that transport is prioritised for patients with the greatest clinical, physical, cognitive or complex needs, while making sure there are still safeguards for vulnerable patients.
