Public Health Wales would like to hear your views on vaccination information (resources) developed with and for people with a learning disability.
We'd like to know if you have seen and used these resources and your ideas for improvements.
Please take part in this survey if you are a carer (aged 16 and older) for a person with a learning disability and live in Wales. (By carer, we mean a partner, family member or friend, who may or may not receive carers allowance).
The survey is anonymous. Please do not provide personal information that is likely to identify you, or the person you care for.
We will write a report which may include anonymous quotes from your answers. The report may be shared with service providers such as NHS vaccination services and organisations that support people with a learning disability.
The survey will take about 10 mins to complete, and close on Friday 15 May 2026.
At the end of the survey, you will be given a reference number. If, before the survey responses are analysed you would like your responses removed, you can contact us at [email protected] with the reference number and we will delete your response.
