Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is responsible for providing healthcare services in the Leeds area.

We provide a range of community services for adults and children including community nursing, health visiting, physiotherapy, community dentistry, primary care mental health, smoking cessation and sexual health services.

 We are developing an online website resource for Neurodivergent children, young people and families in Leeds. The project is still a work in progress. We would like your feedback on how to make it better
