What is the “Shaping Services for the Future, Together” plan?
The plan will act as a roadmap for how the health board will deliver all services for the next ten years. The plan will be co-produced with our local communities and be built on the values of inclusivity, honesty and consistency.
The plan will be designed to make sure people get the right care, in the right place, at the right time using the following five focus points:
- Mental Health
- Women and people registered female at birth
- Emergency and Urgent Care
- Planned Care
- Specialist & Regional
We know that the way people are using health services are changing. We have an ageing population, and people are dealing with much more complex health conditions. This means we need to make sure that our services can meet everyone’s needs and that we are making the best use of staff, buildings and technology.
When answering the questions, please help us by giving your honest opinion and please do not include anything personal that you do not wish being made public, as on occasion we might wish to share your anonymised feedback. We do not need to know your personal details, but we will ask some general questions about who you are, later in the questionnaire. This is so that we can make sure we are asking all groups of people about their experience.
The survey has been designed for you to give feedback on individual sections or on multiple sections if you prefer. You do not need to complete all five sections unless you want to.
